The Headset has a muti-button function which allows for Accepting Incoming Calls, Rejecting Calls, Putting Calls on Hold, Ending Calls, Transferring a call from headset to mobile phone, Transferring a call from the mobile phone to the headset, redialing last number, cancels redialing and lifting the headset from its holder switches on the headset and the call is automatically connected.  Unfortunately these functions are not currently integrated with the Ring Central Desktop App Call Control features.

Call Control is an important part of any soft phone UC implementation and it would be nice to see Ring Central with a broader support for these features across different manufactures.

Yes, please! This is supposed to be pretty straightforward stuff. I have the Sennheiser D 10 USB, and everything works extremely well--except call control with the RingCentral Phone software. I can mute and unmute, for example, and audio quality and range are fantastic, but pressing the button to accept or end a call does nothing at all. It's very frustrating.

Same here! I spent over $100 so I would have a quality headset to use at my home business and I can't pick up a call unless i'm at my desk.  Time for RingCentral to get off their lazy A_s's and provide a patch so we can use them.   I'm getting dam tired of this......

I too would REALY like call control with my Sennheiser headset...RC, this is the THE premium headset manufacturer, it is silly that you will not take the time/resources to integrate their headsets.

Maybe we need to infiltrate Ring Central with these comments on a weekly basis to let them know we are not happy with their level of product support

Still waiting to be able to use my Sennheiser headset.   Why does RingCentral refuse to add usability?    Why do you only support Plantronics?

Disclaimer - I don't own or use any Sennheiser products. My comments below are general to wireless headset remote functionality.

All remote answering/calling functionality, to the best of my knowledge, requires an EHS cable for that purpose. You don't mention which phone(s) you are currently using with RingCentral. Not knowing that information, I couldn't research if there is an EHS type cable for your setup. Do you know if there is an EHS cable for your particular headset and phone combination?
