With Windows version of RC's HeadsUpDisplay, we are using LG Tone Headsets in Models #730, #750  and #760 successfully in Windows 7 Pro and Windows 10 Pro environments via bluetooth. Though this model is not yet listed on the "tested and approved'  headset list by RC - we are having great success in our organization using these with Heads Up Display.  We have several hundred of these in use over the last six months. with no issues.  You can answer a call from the headset button without picking up the phone or using the screen interface. These are earbud and on the neck style - not over the head clamp on style. Take a look at this for an alternative option.  These are cost effective at Amazon price of $69.00 per headset. as they are substantially less expense than any of the known working Plantronics options.  Our organization has officially standardized on these as our approved model when folks want to purchase a headset.

We discussed it when I met with your HeadsUpDisplay engineers last week and they were pleased to hear of of testing and said they will look into it further.

Cecile, will these work with just using softphone without using HUD? Can't think of any reason why they would not, but just checking to be sure, since you mentioned HUD, specifically.

Also, products I am seeing on Amazon and elsewhere are "Tone Pro HBS" 750, 760 etc. Are these the products you are talking about. I think they must be, but just checking to be sure.

There are newer models out, too, like 810, 910 etc. Any reason to think that they would not work successfully like the older models you mentioned?

Yes, these are the models we are using (via purchase at Amazon,) though we have only used LGTone 730, LG Tone 750 before yesterday, when we added some LG Tone 760 models. We do use them interchangeably with the RC Windows version HUD and the RC Mobile App with Android Samsung 7S Galaxy phones.
