Sorry if you have been asked this quesstion already. Is there a way that we can put a call on hold without it ringing on all phones? Our office is using the Polycom phones and once I put the phone on hold, a coworker will pick it up as if it is a new incoming call. Please help!

Have you tried Parking?

Yes I have, but once you park a call, the line light goes off and my coworker doesn't know where the call is.  We're just looking to put a call on hold by pushing the hold button and then being able to pick up the call by lift the handset.  Please tell me this is possible?

Understanding more from your reply; have you tried creating Park Zones and programming them as Presence keys on your phones?

I hear ya.  That's why we have to come up with fixes and/or work arounds.  I honestly don't think that RC will ever address and/or have their platform mimic key system functionalities.
