I can not get it to take any password that I put in on setting up my ring central acct

I have read over the guide but it does not say what kind of password or how long and there is no green box beside it to help with guidelines on the password rules.

It always turns the first box red I have tried numbers, letters, combination of both and my email address. It wont take any of them.

Also, using your work email address, extension number, your name, company name, or any combination that has those things in it will not work

I got my password to work. I download app and it said i had to get a code, sent for it  and it was 30 min or so before I could get free to get the code and then it said the following: I resend it to get another one but it says service is temporarily unavailable.  It also says don't close window.  What do I do?
