we are growing company and want to add 30-40 phones for our staffs, but because the volume of call we, will only need about 10 lines, we want to setup a "shared lines" so that we can save $$ and use some type auto receptionist to transfer call to the extension for employee 1, 2....  call ID would be just a single company number and route to call to extensions.

Share inbound/outbound, but do not ring all 30 phones at the same time.

Hey Chris sounds like you should be working with a reseller that can help you navigate the RingCentral environment and provide solutions to meet your needs

There are many advantages to working with a reseller especially with larger installations like the one-year indicating

I'd like to talk to you and possibly work with you to help you get to your goal

Let me know a time when we can chat so I can fully understand your requirements
