With new advancements in technology and a deeper acceptance of Telemedicine as a valid medium for provider+patient interaction, my idea, given that we use RC for all other forms of communication, is that you strengthen the security in your Video-conferencing platform to conform to HIPAA regulations. This would open the doors for all medical companies to utilize RingCentral in a Telemedicine capacity, thus allowing us to avoid having to use two different companies for our patient interactions i.e. RingCentral for phone contact and digital fax and a 3rd party Telemedicine software company to perform face-to-face consultations with patients!
