HIPPA: Not getting faxes via e-mail?

I'm no longer getting email notifications WITH the attachment of faxes being received (I have to go into the web account to retrieve the fax)....

Is this because I switched over to the HIPPA version of RingCentral???

Its kinda a pain and not always possible in a timely manner.  I'm getting patients lab results this way and it means I check for abnormal results on the fly when not in the office.

Is there a way to change this back....?

Yes.  If your account was converted to HIPAA, then that is exactly why.   That feature can not be changed back in order to be HIPAA compliant, but if you want to change the account back please contact your account manager.
