We have about 100,000 calls every two weeks, and Historical Reports spins and fails often when trying to populate default data upon initially opening (all calls in the system for the past 7 days). We would hope that the first report generated after clicking on the drop down would be one that is selected. The first default report is rarely usable upon logging in. I hope this helps!
