Holiday Schedule

We are a U.S. business dealing with transportation services for the public.  We currently have approx 20 lines currently.

I would like to suggest that a more advanced holiday schedule be available for the IVR system.  Currently, the system is static where you have to remember to schedule the holidays either per year or for several years out.  I would like to suggest a system that creates an automatic reoccurring application of a holiday schedule that can be selected with either pre-loaded options that have formulated date detection for consecutive years so that it is easier to manage.

If there is a possibility to have a per holiday action that allows you to do specific actions for each holiday that would be even better.  Maybe this can be an additional option to the company's after hour IVR menu (Holiday Hour Menu perhaps?).

This does not seem to be a difficult task as holidays are fairly standard.  This is a maintenance issue for all businesses who manage alternate holiday hours or are just simply closed which most businesses are affected one way or another.

A feature such as this would certainly set Ring Central apart from all of the other Cloud Phone systems I have reviewed over the years.
