-It would be best if we can have the option to setup call routing for those Hot desk Virtual numbers, right now customers seems to received calls for those hot desk numbers even if they are not broadcasting them and goes directly to their Auto-receptionist and it is not even a call for their Business.
- A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: It will route the call for these numbers either to just voicemail or just play disconnect greeting as long as it will not connect through the auto-receptionist since these are only Virtual numbers
- Benefit of such feature: Prevent additional call volume and confusion if the call is for their business or not
- Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 282 DL's
