hot desk phones unregistering after logout or sometimes logging in

it seems about 1 out of every 5 or 6 Hot desk phones at our business will randomly unregister when trying to log in (at start of the day/shift).  or if someone logs off of a hot desk phone it will go red x over the lines and we are unable to log back in or do anything until reboot of the phone.  we use a complete Ubiquiti Network, gateway/routers, switches etc. anyone with some tips or setting changes that may help alleviate the issue as we have 250 phones and half are going to be hot desk phones if we can get this issue resolved.

I would definitely suggest going over your Network Settings and making sure they align with our recommendations. If the issue still persists, I would suggest opening a case so we can gather more details.
