Hot Desk Session Timeout

Would like an option to have the Hot Desk Session never timeout, so that a user remains logged in until they wish to log out manually.

4.  Typical use case scenario - Key personnel who have home offices and have a second phone that is set up as a common phone using the hot desk feature would like to be permanently logged in.  Currently when this personnel works from home, every morning they must log out of the phone and then back in to get the hot desk up and running again. This is time-consuming and annoying to do on a daily basis.  Not to mention if the Hot Desk session times out, the user at the home office does not realize until they try to use the phone and are not able to.

Either disable timeout completely, or allow custom/longer intervals.  It seems obvious that people who might need this would travel to places for 1 week at a time, so even just 5 or 7 days as an option could be added.

+1 Really seems like a no-brainer to disable timeout. It would be nice if you could schedule users, but would settle for just disable timeout. I was super excited about this feature, as we have users who trade offices on a weekly basis (about 20 miles apart). It is frustrating to never know which extension to call, or who is calling you. We also have touchdown desks for guests and travelling employees and it would be nice to be able to have the phone default to a guest extension.

We are looking to implement the Hot Desk phone in our open office environment with regard to having several “Office For A Day” spaces.  I would like to have a Hot Desk session timeout at midnight so the “Office For A Day” is ready the next morning for a new users to occupy the space.
