Ron Jackson Insurance, Family owned and operated since our founding in 1962, Ron Jackson Insurance Agency is a local Michigan insurance company with offices in Kalamazoo and Plainwell. We've built our reputation on personalized service, quality coverage and competitive prices for just about any type of insurance. 

A high level description of the product or feature being requested:

Ron Jackon Insurance uses the Hot Desking feature (Common Phones) to meet the needs for their business. Users login in and logout of the Commone Phones daily and would like to have the default ring time set to 30 seconds. Currently the default setting is 20 seconds. 

A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature

Our template settings do not allow Call Handling Settings to be applied to all users. As an admin on the account, I have to change the user call handling settings one by one to increase the ring time of the common phone to 30 seconds.

Benefit of such feature

Adding this feature would allow the users to login and logout of a Common Phone without having to change any additional settings.
