Customer would like to have the ability to get actual number of calls per interval and not average when extracting reports for the hourly call details tab. Customer highly need this in order for them to manage the number of staff they will assigned per interval in order to avoid missed calls.

A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature:

This will be very helpful for the company to foresee the number of heads they need per interval and to addressed all calls that will enter the phone system.

I have a customer who came to chat and is requesting this feature to be added as well.
Currently they could check the hourly call volume but on a graphical form.  They would like to have it on a tabular form for them to be able to easily check or identify how may calls came through on a specific time and what is the busiest time of the day. 

Any update on this?
