When I create a conference call, the old number (605) 562-3185 is still getting inserted, and it's not working for some of our clients. How can I update this so that the new number 267.930.4000 is used?
Thanks for the quick response. I should have been more clear. When we set up a meeting with a dial in number, the (605) 562-3185 is communicated, but that number doesn't work for some of our clients. They get a fast busy signal. We were told to start using the 267.930.4000 number going forward, but we don't know how to get the system to automatically send that out. It keeps communicating the old/broken number. Following up with clients and telling them to ignore the number in the meeting is not ideal.
