Call Handling: How to change the number of rings before call goes to voicemail?

Is there way to change the number of rings that occur, before an incoming call goes to a user's voicemail? Currently, this user's number will be rung for 10 rings, before it goes to voicemail. Is there a way to shorten this?

In addition to what Danno has mentioned above, it is important to note that 5 seconds is approximately equivalent to 1 ring. This information is listed under Step 3 of the Knowledge Base article here:

Is there any way to increase the number of rings before VM when the extension is configured to ring only the softphones or desktop app (i.e. no then forward calls to), as far as I can tell the number of rings option only exists under the forward call settings. Thanks!

Yes.  Turn off the numbers after the softphone setting.

This doesn't seem to work for me. I can disable forwarding and goes right to VM, but with anything else 0-15, it rings six times. I would love to set it at 3 rings/15 sec and actually have it do that.

Yep, I noticed it changed on the last update.  And I have not found a way to fix it.

Got it! Looks like this is a known issue that we are currently investigating. If anyone is having this issue, please open a case and include JIRA RLZ-27176 in your notes so we can escalate it properly
