How can I listen to calls that my staff are making?

We have a staff of salespeople, and for training purposes we would like to be able to listen to the call while it is happening. How do we do that? Thanks!

As far as I know there is no way to do this without being there connected with a Y adapter and another handset but could can leverage the Automatic call recording and review recorded calls from anywhere.  this is available in premium and Enterprise versions.

You could control as an admin who and when this is happening.

There really needs to be a "Call Barge" and a "Monitor" feature... really surprising it doesn't have that ability.
