Official Response
1.  From the Community Home Page  https://community.ringcentral.com click the "Sign In" link at the top of the page.

2.  Click the RingCentral
button on the Sign In window.

3.  Enter your existing RingCentral login credentials.

4.  First time users will receive a pop-up message (1st image) stating that a verification code has been sent to your email (2nd image) .  Check your email, enter the code and click the Continue button.

5. Clicking the Continue button will log you in to the Community. On subsequent visits you will not have to re-enter the verification code

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Link ringcentral community to our ringcentral account so we don't have to login t....

If ringcentral wants to grow it needs to stop looking like a fly by night startup.   You have tools use them!

We should only need to login once and have access to everything including this forum. I logged in to my account, then clicked help, then I have to login to another system and do verification or share my facebook or google accounts so you can spam my friends forget that if you ever want to be treated like a real player in the voip world.

spammy scammy is for startups!

link my account to help one login!

You can log in to the Community using your RC credentials from each of the main entry points.

The first time you do this process it will prompt you to enter a security code which is emailed to you, but after your browser is cookied, you should be able to return to the Community and stay logged in, unless your browser clears cookies on exit. Then you may have to log in again, but, you can use your RC credentials instead of Google or Facebook if you wish.

It makes sense ... but Ring Central is not the only company that has this feature, unfortunately. Even Apple has a communities forum that one must log into separately! ugh! I believe there are other big-name companies that I've had to do this for--it's MOST frustrating--but I'm getting the idea that they're hosted on a different platform that's been specifically developed for user discussion.

OMGOSH!! Won't it be awesome when we can actually "Sing in"!! I realize this is a tongue-in-cheek comment (I am, after all, an editor), but when you think about it, what's to stop technology from creating this feature. I love to sing and don't do it often enough. I imagine I'd feel better were I required to sing at LEAST once a day when signing in to something ... or is that singing in? Enjoy the laugh and your day.
