We need a report on our SMS texts that we are receiving from our patients so please let us know when this function would or could be added.

I have been asking for this as well, we are an answering service for 130 doctors and sometimes there is a discrepancy in the calls that we page out and I never have the proof.

I would love to get a report on the numbers of SMS text both inbound and outbound.  Both a high level report and details on the interactions.   This has become a more valuable communication method for most companies over both phone and email.   Lack of functionality here could mean we would have switch to another provider.

I have lost a lot of billable calls that were disputed when I have no proof that we sent X amount of pages to the Doctors on call

We are a call center for a medical team and we have employees who send appt. confirmations using Ring Central. We have about 20 users and multiple digital lines using the Softphone feature. Our U.S. Ring Central account needs the feature to see text messages in the "Call Log" feature of Ring Central to make sure our employees are making these text message reminders. This is very important to us and need to make this happen ASAP to stay with RingCentral. We just need to be able to see that someone sent a text message in a call log.

We are going to look into switching our services if this feature is not added, we pay enough and this feature should have been added from the get go.  Common sense!!  Maybe someone from RC will respond.
