How do I add 'Presences' on a conference phone? Currently, the conference phone name is showing up on all 12 lines on the phone screen. I need to add employees but the admin portal doesn't show an option to add presence on the common area phones. Can anyone assist?
Thanks for the quick response. The model is Polycom VVX311. These don't show up in our User extension list but rather the Common Area Phones since they are used in our two conference rooms, not by assigned users.
Can 'presences' only be added for users with extensions?
