How do I change a number on the account via the ADMIN Portal?
- In the ADMIN Portal, go to Phones & Devices, select the device attached to the extension. Then to the right select Change Number.
- This is also the easiest place to Change a Phone or "Swap Phones/Devices" in the account. Select "change phone".
If the desired Area Code and Prefix is not available, email email@example.com and let us know your account main number is and what area code you need. Or create a web case and ask support to check for available numbers.
