How do I generate a web case so I don't have to call support on the phone?

There are two ways to open a web case.
1) Login to your online web portal select Get Help in the upper right corner of your account > Help Center > contact support > then you will be able to open a case and also update current case by clicking “view: all open cases” at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: you will need to select "submit" two times to generate the web case and then a case number will be produced.

2) If you are already logged in then click here: Open a Case
[Note: this applies to all accounts except for AT&T. AT&T customer must call into support]

Hi,
I don't see the "how do I check my case status" explanation... can you please clarify?
Thanks!

Hello Joao,
I updated the instructions above. Once you have logged in and get to the Contact Support page as mentioned then all you have to do is scroll down and a list of all of your cases will be at the bottom :)
