Community: How do I edit my profile name, or nickname that appears on the Community?

1. Click the small drop-down arrow next to your name. 



2. From the drop-down menu, select "Profile". 



3. Select "Profile Information" 



4.  Edit the name in the "nickname" field. 



5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Details" button.

And please add your icon, picture or gravatar using any graphic file from your computer...

Click on my name in this system, drop-down menu choice: Profile, click that, get the message.

Apparently I have no power to change name, nickname or use this profile setting.  Email and notification does not work either.  I am logging in using my Ring Central info.

Those fields should not be locked down for anybody.  Can you tell us what browser and version you are using?  Have you tried clearing the cache, and logging back in again?  Have you tried a different web browser?
