Call Queue: How do I make a user unavailable in a queue?

Old system used to allow users to toggle between available and unavailable.  How do I get my uses to make themselves unavailable so my other users can take the other incoming calls.

I just tell people to use the DND button.

Have you tried that?

Chris, this feature is available to see who is available.  it is in the call queue information.  Just click and you see who is available and who is not

it is right there

Your correct, but how do I make it so the user can switch their status in the queue to "unavailable".  Setting the phone to "do not disturb" still leaves that user as "available" when someone goes to look at the call queue, which isn't correct.
