How do I manage and limit account notifications via email as Admin?

Hello, I am new and cannot find how to manage the email notifications I receive as the Admin.  I am using Pro Plus and want to eliminate unnecessary emails.  Thank you!

Also, another idea is to create rules in Outlook, (or whatever email client you use), so that these emails get directly funneled into a specific folder so you don't have to manually handle them.
