We have over 85 numbers to scroll thru for our "Outbound Caller ID." Anytime my staff is working off the Samsung tablets they can never make a call out or send a text message quickly. The desktop  is organized alphabetically and the iPad is organized numerically. But the Samsung  tablets (android app) has no organization to the Outbound Caller ID list. Please help!!!

not sure if its any consolation, but i came across the same type of issue while in the web portal and trying to organize extensions by number, it wouldn't work and it seems to now. It may have just been an easy tweak or glitch. I see what you're talking about and it seems to be clunkiest part of the programming that is supposed to be easy to change on the fly. I would think that for larger companies who have tons of numbers to navigate they would make an easier way to switch between numbers via typing the number or just being able to organize them in a different way rather than just scrolling. Hopefully the techs see this post and address your issue accordingly.

It is so frustrating to have to scroll thru so many numbers. Seriously considering going to another company all together : (

Yes, I hope so too!!! This issue is the reason my company hasn't purchased additional numbers. Scrolling thru 85 numbers already takes up a great deal of our time. Adding more wouldn't help my staff out whatsoever.
