Resetting a User Password can be done either by the Admin on the account or by the User
Note: if a User completely locks themselves out of the account, the Admin will have to call our Support Line in order to get it unlocked
Note: Regarding Resetting a User’s Security Question - Support cannot reset a User’s Security Question if they do not know it. That is what they use in order to verify you as a User on the account. If a User needs to have their Security Question updated, they will need to contact an Admin on the account
