Great news! Now you can schedule meetings on someone’s behalf.
1) Log into RingCentral Online
2) Under User Details you will see Schedule Meetings for Me located below the Regional Settings option

3) You will then choose the individual(s) that can schedule meetings on your behalf and select Save

4) Then Save your changes on the main screen for User Details
Now when the User(s) you’ve chosen log into their RingCentral Meetings application they can schedule for you by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting your name.


Note: If User SS schedules a meeting on behalf of User DB - essentially both users act as a host. For instance, if SS is in the meeting they are the host at that time. However, if DB joins the meeting they can either remain as a participant or Reclaim Host privileges.
