If you want to be able to send faxes using your email simply follow the steps below and check out the detailed Knowledge Articles as well:
1) You will want to add your email as a Trusted Email on your RingCentral account
Log into your account online
Go to Settings -> Outbound Calls/Faxes -> Fax Settings
If you would like to have a cover page you can fill out the information – you can always select the Omit Cover Page option as well
Under the Faxes Sent via Email section, you will add your email address in the field,then click the Add button, and select Save
Now you are ready to send faxes!
2) Compose a new email and type in the 10-digit phone number of the recipient followed by @rcfax.com
