How do I set up an extension (zero) to dial out to my answering service (external 800#) WITHOUT requiring them to press any keys to accept the call, etc? Someone on my IVR dials zero, it should immediately transfer out to my answering service. Help?!

Assuming you already have the IVR programmed; create an extension with Call handling rule to call forward to your answering service.

Disregard, folks.  I answered this on my own.  (I accidentally setup unconditional forwarding on the wrong ext.  Oops!)
