They said as soon as I got my phones I could plug them in and be good but it doesn't quit seem that easy . Help!!!
Donna.... it would be helpful to tell us what type of phone you have, which edition of RingCentral Office you are running and the procedure you followed. Not that this has happened in your case but I have actually seen where people have inserted their cabling into the wrong location and could not figure out why the phone would not work. The more information you can give us will better enable us to assist you all that much more.
