How do i stop my mobile app from ringing when I am on a call?

Detailed description of problem
When I am on Phone call on my polycom phone and some one transfers a call to me my mobile app rings my cell phone

The call should go to voice mail 

Previous troubleshooting steps taken
Tried to find the setting and searched forums rebooted all apps, PC, and Phone

Software version

If desk-phone related, have you rebooted phone? 

Number of Users and/or Digital Lines affected.
not sure of other affected users but we have 400+ users

Hey CJ,

The reason why your Mobile App rings is because of Call Waiting on your extension - which is not something that we can turn off.

I know that we can create custom config files for certain Polycom phones but I'm not sure if Call Waiting is something we can control or not. I would suggest contacting your Account Manager and ask them to get in touch with our Professional Services team about this.
