Disable fax to main number

Our main number (tollfree) shows as 'Voice and Fax' and there is no option to make it voice only. About 90% of our missed calls are failed faxes to our tollfree number. This is a common form of spam from fly-by-night travel agencies and the like. How do I set it to voice only? I have no intention to "Act today for a one-time package offer to Mazatlan" or get special pricing on federal labor law posters or lower my credit card processing rates.

We had the same problem. We had to add another line as our Main Number behind the scenes , but kept our advertised number as a Voice Only line.

Hi Jay,  As of now it's not possible to change the main number to just voice, or fax only. I changed this post to an "Idea" topic.  Anyone else who would like to see this feature added please click the "like" button above.

Began receiving spam faxes to our direct/assigned numbers only 2 weeks after starting service. Considering ending our service with RingCentral before the 30 day test period because of this issue.
We want to be able to disable the incoming fax. We are charged for hundreds of spam fax calls, we should be able to disable it so we are not charged.
