How Do I Update My Account’s Payment Method?

If you need to update your Payment Method, you can do so by calling our Main Line, by logging into the Mobile Application, or through your online account.

Weunderstand that things happen in life – cards get stolen, cards expire,sometimes you want to switch your billing over to a new card, etc. Whatever thecase may be, you have options!

If you’re an admin on the account and need to quickly edit your payment method while being on the go, simply log into your Mobile App and follow the steps!

As always, you also have the option to edit your payment method via your online account. Simply log into your account and go to the Billing Tab

My card didn’t have sufficient funds on it when it was recently charged. This has since been fixed but I’m concerned about an interruption in services. What are my options?

If you find yourself in this predicament, simply resubmit the Payment Method information under the Billing Tab. Our system will automatically verify your credit card, and if you have a pending payment, the card will be charged soon after.
