How do we have the time a caller is put on "hold" when they get transferred to a voicemail box before ring central will take a message?

There is a very long delay between the time a caller gets forwarded to our operator line and when ring central says "there is nobody here so leave a message". how do we shorten that?

Hey tanager,

I'm not sure where the delay is happening for you...could you provide an example and break it down for me? Is this happening for every call or has it been reported once/a handful of times?

Hey tanager,

Simply following up. Could you provide me with more information?
