How many participants can I have on a conference call? I need 1000 is that an option?

Yes. On an audio conference call you can have a maximum of 1,000 participants per user. You can always check the RingCentral website for knowledge-based questions and answers as well as features of the platform.

Thank you! So I would just use my usual conference call dial-in information and be set? I got a conflicting answer saying I could only get 100 when I went through the chat help.

The answer you got from Chatt help might have depended on how you posed the question to them. If they misunderstood your question to mean RingCentral Meetings, and depending on which RingCentral Office account edition you have, you might be allowed to have only a maximum of 100 attendees. However if you open the link that I provided in my answer to you and read the features down towards the bottom of the page you will see that you were allowed on an audio conference up to 1000 attendees per user on your account. With this you could have an audio conference with 1000 attendees while another member of your team simultaneously has a conference with another 1000 attendees.
