How to bulk upload user lists?

Can't seem to find an easy way to upload our 100+ users to Ring Central with a CVS file.. does this mean we have to manually enter in names, departments, numbers and extensions one by one??

When we started with RC, their support department took care of this for us.

If you work with your account manager they have a template that could be used for creating either virtual or Digital line extensions.

That is correct. Keep in mind for bulk user upload, using the template your Customer Success Mgr provides, you may wish to add the extension # at the beginning of the first name field, as part of that field's contents, so you do not have to add it manually later in order for phone handsets to display the user's extension# on the screen of the hand set.

Example : first name: 2215 - Mary. Lastname: Smith

Extension: 2215
=============================end of example

The user extension # does not appear on the touchscreen of Polycom phones.

Saadet or Michael, can you combine this thread with the one about User # display on phone? Or if not combine these threads, post a link to the other info?
