I make frequent local calls and would like to avoid typing in the same area code every time. Is there a way to change this setting?

Yes, there is! If you would prefer to enter a seven-digit number as opposed to a ten-digit number, you can update your desk phone to have the area code pre-dialed. Please note, you can only have one area code listed, not multiple. This feature is only available for phones that have been purchased from RingCentral.

You can change the Default Area Code as an Admin or a User.
