How to fax now? they changed everything and no way to FAX anymore???

It does not... I am also looking for the option to SEND a fax... I don't see it in the new interface.  Where is the option to send a fax from the desktop version?

Why don't you start with telling us what version of the softphone you are using? The "new" interface means absolutely nothing when updates are released almost weekly. Basic details like this (from all posters on the forum) would make it exponentially easier to actually help.

Your question is incredibly vague. If Saadet's link doesn't help then we need more information such as the platform you're using, version, etc. I send faxes regularly. The app is updated often, but I think it's a stretch to say that they updated "everything". It looks a little bit different.

As I'm writing this, I'm thinking you may be referring to the change on the website where you now get two choices on login - the user portal and the admin portal. It is misleading and I don't like that they have masked glip as the user's portal. If this is what you're referring to, go to 'Admin portal' and login there. It should take you to the interface you know and love.

2018-11-14 I have a different perspective.  It is not misleading, it might be confusing to users who may not be sure of what they are looking at depending on how they accessed RC services. RingCentral is working hard to create a Unified User Experience across all products and services they offer. Glip will be included in that process.  It is a massive labor-intensive task on the engineering side to get everything to render and function in a uniform manner regardless of platform.  As the adage goes, Rome was not built in a day....Just my two cents on that.....
