How to forward to an external DDI after x rings, or certain time of day from a call group.

We have a service desk number which calls 3 phones simultaneously.

Can we set up a rule that after 4 rings, or after 5.30GMT it rings through to a number in the US which does not have a RingCentral extension?

Simple rules with an unconditional forward to the NON RC number will do it.

Rules based on time of day.  Many people do this for after hours answering services ETC.
