Is there any information on what call legs are and how to use and read them?
How do I know who was the person who ended up answering the call etc..
Thanks,
K

Hello and thanks for the reply, but I have read that page multiple times but it does not talk about LEGS of calls.  I am interested in knowing how to read these legs. Basically who the call was too and then who answered the call.  I am guessing that as you read the legs from top down the top is who answered the call and the last entry is who the call was too.

So if you're looking at the Detailed Call Log View, you'll see everything broken down. Below is an example from my Test Account.

A customer called the main company number which was being routed to 2 people at this time - Bob & Jill. The call was missed but you can see that it rang both individuals. Now, if Jill had answered the call, the log would show that she answered the call via the Result column. It would show that Bob didn't answer at all.

I can make this post Private if you'd like and you can share with me a screen shot of a call you'd like help with :)
