How to retrieve a message?

Very hard to use. Nowhere on your website does it say how to retrieve a message and when you go to chat, you require an account number. Sorry, I don't walk around with that on my person. The whole thing is kind of chicken -wired together. Not loving Ring Central as a choice for our company.

There are several ways to retrieve messages depending on if you are working on a computer/desktop application, or desk-phone, or mobile app.

Regarding your account number, it is just the phone number on your account.

If for any reason you ever have trouble accessing telephone support, or live chat you are always welcome to post here on the Community.

I recommend using the desktop app to retrieve and manage your messages

there are several ways but you list one.  and the app page you listed does not tell you how either.  I hate ring central

I agree that Ring Central has not been user friendly for obtaining the faxes which are dent to me.  I would like to see a big highlight button to click on to retrieve the faxes I get.  Why should I have to google how to use one of its main features?

i'm counting down the days to get rid of Ring Central.  (just 7 months now)  They have succeeded in making the most simple tasks so complex a chat session or an in-depth search is required to complete a task.  Ridiculous.
