This can be accomplished on the Admin and User level!
If you’re an Admin on the account you will:
1) Log in to your RingCentral Account online
2) Go to Phones & Devices under thePhone System Tab
3) Select the Extension that needs the address updated
4) Select Edit Address & enter in the new address
5) Accept and Save your changes
