How to view abandon (hold) calls

Is there a way to view or determine which calls got abandoned (hold) on call queues? Or the details of the abandoned (hold) calls. I called RingCentral and reps are telling me that there's no option to do this. I think this feature is important in analyzing calls.

HI Saadet,

If you notice the logs under the calls tab, you'll see that missed calls are also tag as abandon. I find the best way to find the abandon hold is by checking the hour on trend graph and cross checking it on call tab. I have to filter the calls for that day and find the call that has a caller on hold and got dropped/disconnected. Seems to work for us.
