Call Queue: How can users hear the name of call queue/group?

For instance if they caller hits group 1 for sales or 2 for billing, is there a way for my operator to hear which extension the caller is dialing?

Very simple. Log in as an administrator and then click on the extension that you want this functionality for. Then click on "Call Handling and Forwarding" followed by "Incoming Call Information" (which is second from the bottom of the list.) Click on the checkbox (so that it gets "Checked" where it says "Include mailbox name in announcement".

The extension name will then be announced.

Has this changed since this answer.  I don't see where this can be set. 

Click Groups, Select specific group/extension, select Call Handling (no longer called Call Handling and Forwarding)...  I don't see Incoming information.

Rick - this setting is done under the Users (not the group/queue).  You should see "call handling & forwarding" under the User's settings.
