Simple, you could add contacts right from the Activity log.

Also, if you are using the soft phone on your computer and the system is configured a call will popup on the screen and you should be able to add the contact from there.

That would be the easiest.

Hi Sonya - Company Contacts are simply the other users within your RC account. They get added automatically as you add extensions or Call Queues. To add non-RC contacts to your account, do as Chuck suggests.

Sonya, it sounds like you want to add non-users (e.g. customers) as company contacts. This hasn't been implemented yet, so if you want this, please vote here: https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/creating_new_company_contacts
