How do I change the timezone on my account? It's off by an hour.

Auto Receptionist --> Then Regional settings. that is for the main company number. Under each extension there are settings for that also. If everyone is in the same zone, make them all the same

Note that if you are in Saskatchewan, you may need to align your timezone with US Central time twice a year. Just a strange limitation in the product.

I have reset my timezone to central time a few times now. The call log still shows timestampes that are off by an hour.
