Porting: How do I check the status of my number transfer request?

I want to know what the current status of my number transfer request is. How do I do this?

The status of your number transfer request can be seen in your online account.   To do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Log in to your RingCentral online account as an administrator.

**Note:   For instructions on how to log in to the RingCentral online account, click here.

Step 2:
Click the Settings tab and select Phone System.



Step 3:
Under the Phone System section, click on Company Numbers and Info.



Step 4:
Scroll down and look for the Pending Numbers section, click on the number which you requested to be transferred.



Step 3:
You will then see the Status section under the Number Details window.



Step 4:
Click Done to close out of the window.
