I created some extra Call Queues under Groups. I can't figure out how to delete them. Where is the delete button for Call Queues.
Using the System for my Business , We are Customer Service for Direct tv , Charter Spectrum and Vivint Home Security. Our Calls are mostly Dropped Due to the Agents in different locations and the Call queue option if the turn off they dont show if the agent is offline or not. please let me know if any one knows the solution to this system. as if some one hits the break i can see it. but if someone just puts on call queue off i cant see.
