How do I update credit card and set up auto-purchase?

1) Update the Credit Card on file by going to Payment Method






2) With the Auto-Purchase feature, you can add calling credits in the event that you exceed your plan minutes.

Minutes will be automatically purchased when you are running low on calling credits, which prevents any potential interruption of service.

**Note: Purchased funds will roll over month-to-month for up to 12 months.



Step 1:

Click the Billing Tab from the Main Menu. The Billing Page window appears.
Step 2:
Click Service Plan.
Step 3:
Click Auto-Purchase. The Auto-Purchase window appears.
 
 

Step 4:

Choose between the $20 and $100 Calling Credit Packages.


 

**Important:
Plan minutes are approximate values based on your available Calling Credits, and are calculated based on the domestic rate of 3.9¢ for your account. If you make international calls, the included plan minutes will vary depending on the applicable international rate.

Step 5:
Click Save.

You have now set up the Auto-Purchase feature on your online account.

yeah already figured all that out but the system is not taking my changes

so how do i enter a new credit card when the system does not accept my changes? call me 910.262.6226
